BBC - Life
BBC invites
you to discover life on earth as you have never seen it before. In ten episodes
the BBC documentary “Life” – first aired in 2009 – presents animal and plant
life in exquisite detail. Narrated by David Attenborough, this documentary took
four years to shoot, confronting the filming crew with extreme challenges.
Their reward: unprecedented footage of newly discovered wildlife behaviour,
such as highly-specialised hunting techniques of dolphins off the coasts of
Florida or chimpanzees using rocks as a tool to crack up nuts.
